Helped me trick my brain into doing what is good for me

Been using DailyMends for about a months now and it's stuck, which says a lot since I usually ditch these apps in a week.

The "five pillars" thing is what got me. Instead of a random to do list, it's built around five areas that actually matter, and closing all five in a day feels like a real win. I'm at a 32 day streak right now and honestly checking that number in the morning is half the reason I keep going.

Also, doesn’t overdo with notifications which is hard to say about lots of apps today
