Unable to Login
Unable to login with normal Dianese account or any new account set up. So basically I am unable to activate the air bag. Complete waste of money. Going to have to return an airbag just because the app doesn’t work.
Horrible app
This app sucks dainese should definitely issue some kind of apology or some kind of discount to everyone that bought from them with the intent of using this app. It will not connect to a brand new “smart jacket” with what seems like a simple Bluetooth connection and test we’re supposed to trust our life in the hands of them for protection…. I think now worst 1900 I spent in my life I’m returning it today

Spend money on a working app
You’d think with the clout of this company they’d want all things Dainese to work seamlessly, not so with this app.
Updating misano3 doesn’t work
Initiated an update and it’s permanently stuck at 0% loading data .

I bought misano 3 d-air. Suit requires(why???) registration to the cloud to get activated. I tried iOS, MacOS, went back to the store where we tried it together with Dainese store guys- nothing works, suit fails to register. They tried on another suit and had the same problem. I wanted this suit specifically due to neck and collarbone protection, but at this point I am giving up, returning the suit and going to Alpinestars store
