Unable to Login
Unable to login with normal Dianese account or any new account set up. So basically I am unable to activate the air bag. Complete waste of money. Going to have to return an airbag just because the app doesn’t work.
Horrible app
This app sucks dainese should definitely issue some kind of apology or some kind of discount to everyone that bought from them with the intent of using this app. It will not connect to a brand new “smart jacket” with what seems like a simple Bluetooth connection and test we’re supposed to trust our life in the hands of them for protection…. I think now worst 1900 I spent in my life I’m returning it today

Spend money on a working app
You’d think with the clout of this company they’d want all things Dainese to work seamlessly, not so with this app.
Updating misano3 doesn’t work
Initiated an update and it’s permanently stuck at 0% loading data .

I bought misano 3 d-air. Suit requires(why???) registration to the cloud to get activated. I tried iOS, MacOS, went back to the store where we tried it together with Dainese store guys- nothing works, suit fails to register. They tried on another suit and had the same problem. I wanted this suit specifically due to neck and collarbone protection, but at this point I am giving up, returning the suit and going to Alpinestars store

Doesn’t work
Just got Misano 3 from a Dainese store and this app consistently fails to install the update onto the airbag. Even the store employee couldn’t make it work.

Returning the suit because it failed registering to the cloud. i tried reinstalling the app, using mac and iphone, creating new account wired/ not wired etc. If you cannot implement simple sync, why do you require it for offline product use?
Faulty Registration
Unable to create an account on the app, just keeps giving an error message code of 400 every time I put in the One time passcode delivered via email. Unable to use any app features
Registration problems
Not too impressed at present. The app won’t download to my computer as it says I have no legible devices and unable to register the jacket with my phone as it has no USB port and a USB2 cable does not seem to work

Missing Functionality
The app does not have a shipping mode or sleep mode for use with the D-Air Smart Vest. The manual link in the app is to a Racing suit. It doesn’t recognize that it is connected to a Smart Vest.

NON FUNZIONA
appena acquistato gilet nuovo (650€). Uno dei motivi per acquistare la versione del gilet (dichiarato dal negozio monomarca di Milano) e’ l’attivavbilita e la gestione del gilet tramite app (e non solo tramite PC) come le vecchie generazioni. L’app e’ talmente scarsa e buggata che non è possibile nemmeno loggarsi!

Non si può usare il log in di Dainese.com e dopo 5 tentativi di autenticazione dell’email ho desistito. Pessima. Se funziona così l’air beg…. Andiamo bene

Une misère pour connecter son gilet , une fois réussi il se déconnecte sans raison, et n’essayer pas de réinitialiser un mot de passe, la manip est tout simplement impossible car il y a pas de bouton valider pour le faire une fois les champs remplis…
