Worse than their previous version
I struggle to understand why this app is so bad and worse than the previous member version. It’s a great hotel but their apps are just useless and put you off even attempting to book a room!
Absolutely garbage!
Tried to book a night away at the Dakota Leeds, impossible task, unfortunately I’ll never get the time back that I wasted.
Puzzled why a company would have such beautiful hotels and such a rubbish app?
