Can’t even get past the login page
The app looks nothing like the preview images on the app page show. Could never get past the login page; it simply says I’ve been logged in successfully, then returns to the starting login page.

Literally unusable
Mouse isn't where your finger is, as soon as you go landscape, it's offset and you have to basically guess where you're clicking. Totally unusable.
Laughably bad
Given what SolarWinds charges for the DRE product, this app is hilariously terrible. Like, they paid some 6th graders to write it. Drops connections like that’s its job - even when the computer is in the same building, on the same network. Working on VPN, it sometimes drops the connection every 10 seconds.
Giant top and bottom borders on the remote control screen make the Remote Desktop tiny. Scrolling with the trackpad or mouse on the iPad doesn’t work - you have to try to click on the itty-bitty scroll bars on the tiny remote view to scroll a window.
Bonus: Randomly locks up and won’t let you quit a session so you have to force-quit the app.
Everything about the UI/UX screams “we don’t care about this product and would prefer you don’t use it”.
Look: there’s no requirement to have an iOS app. If you don’t want to devote some resources to making it, don’t. Make the Mac app universal instead (not that it is tons better, but at least functional).
Just take this garbage off the store, it’s embarrassing. I’ll be dropping DRE entirely and moving to solution that isn’t terrible as soon as my contract is up.

Needs Keyboard Support
Our department uses iPads with Keyboards while working in the field or bouncing between branches. Without the ability to use a keyboard with our iPads this app is useless.
Doesn’t even work!
This app doesn’t even halfway work with the Magic Keyboard! It’s terrible. This app needs an update ASAP.
The king of the bugs and crash
How many Developers ? 1 or max 2? Crash all the times, iOS also android sales issues. Hopefully you guys fix all the issues soon.
