Poor Customer Service
I have been trying to get an issue resolved for two weeks now regarding incorrect media posted to my account. Responsiveness has been at a snail’s pace. When I finally did hear back, the response, via email, asked for most of the information that I had already provided to them. Additional days have passed and I still haven’t heard back. There have been no changes made to my account. Attempting to call hasn’t worked because the call keeps dropping. My studio used to use Dance Bug Media. Not sure what or any affiliation they have with each other, but at least Dance Bug was always responsive and worked to resolve issues within a matter of 48 hrs. Dealing with Dance One up to this point has been extremely frustrating to say the least.

This app is unreliable and very complicated for logins the reason why I am giving this app a 2 is because I was trying to watch my friend dance her solo but unfortunately I and some of my other friends could not watch her dance because of how slow and complicated this app is I will never ever recommend this app again. I would recommend dancebug very reliable and not very complicated. I was very sad to not be there to watch my friend dance or even see it online.hate it!!!!!!.

Horrrible.
They give you the wrong video, and when you reach out to try to get your video, they hang up.
So grateful for this app!
It makes it possible for family all over to watch our little dancer!
