extreme poor service. their return policy is so difficult. they tried to copy Amazon but the return policy of amzon is- amazon return money instantly before they pickup the product. very smooth. But the service in daraz is so poor.

As a platform Daraz is more reliable and customer friendly in my experience. Easy to purchase as well as very easy to return if anything goes wrong. Only problem I feel is to checkout multiple listing & stores before making any purchase to get the best out there
