Pre-payment discount scam
When pre-payment discount comes they increase product price higher. So discount and without discount price same but sometime pre-payment discount price higher than regular discount price

Nowadays daraz don’t show real reviews or hide the original reviews of products. that’s annoying and reduce customer faith.
Discrepancy found in Daraz App
When i go to Help center and then my cases and click on any case detail there is no option to get back i have to close the app every time lol, is there no QC check before app go live ? Who is the developer want to know his name 😂

Bugs in payment
Can’t pay online through Bkash or Nagad. The cash on delivery option is also unavailable. Can’t login from my PC. Tried ordering many important things (including birthday gifts) since last night. Almost 8 hours later facing the same problem. Fix your folobolu bugs man (sigh)

Ridiculous Deliberate Delivery charges, and extremely poor return/refund process/policy
on order of 400 tk, charging 300tk delivery charge just because different seller? Why don't you have warehouses?? why shouldn't I just go to the nearest market with 40-50tk and buy products then? you guys dont even have quality control, most of the received products are faulty and even when trying to return them, you sometimes decide to follow the scammer sellers and dont approve.. Daraz will be going out of business soon and praying for the downfall atp, just wait till amazon or big players arrive, you guys aren't even fixing your supply chain and will suffer the same downfall as others in your area are facing

The gems discount do not work well. The AI chat is terrible and does not give relevant information or replies.
The games are worst and do not store previous data well, specially the darazland. Resets data everytime when you are close to finish like 1.8% and feels like a scam.
The discounts and pricing estimation with vouchers are also not accurate most of the time.
The freebie scheme is more like a scam. The similar products feature is also not available in most of the important pages.
Overall, it is a very horribly made app.
