Serious Concern Regarding Customer Safety & Harassment on OLX

I am extremely dissatisfied with OLX customer safety.

I posted an ad related to hair wigs, and my mobile number was visible by mistake. A customer took my number from there and harassed me through repeated WhatsApp video calls.

I also filed a harassment report on OLX, but my complaint was not even acknowledged.

Unacceptable agents and app experience

As soon as you put up a free ad the agents at olx start calling you every single day to sell the ‘Featured’ ad and even with that purchased, the app is slow and the view count is glitchy. It sometimes show the count but most of the times it stays stuck at 0
