Unacceptable agents and app experience
As soon as you put up a free ad the agents at olx start calling you every single day to sell the ‘Featured’ ad and even with that purchased, the app is slow and the view count is glitchy. It sometimes show the count but most of the times it stays stuck at 0
Getting scam calls on the behalf of olx
I kept my number hidden while posting the ad but started getting instant calls claiming that they are from olx and instead of paying via card, send them money to their bank accounts. And when I refuse, they get rude. Where is the privacy? How come these people are stealing my number?

Instant messaging between seller and buyer is a bit slow ,takes a little longer to deliver ,

Useless search, add based experience only
Search feature is so useless that if you search lights, all you see are featured adds of cars. Nothing relevant comes up anymore and platform is filled with adds only.

Don’t buy their services
Once you post an add on OLX you would get number of call from their agent who would only get the amount and then vanish moreover your number will be public and you will get loads of SMAP calls. It’s neither worth buying their services nor helpful to post an add on OLX

Crashes as soon as I open it (on repeat), it is broken on iOS 18.6.1

I have been using Olx for almost nine years. During this time, I have sold many phones, bikes and cars. Many times, I have seen many opportunities that have proven to be beneficial to me later. The issue I am facing is that I wear glasses and my eyesight is weak, so I can’t find dark mode on settings could you please help me and And even if I go to settings, they show me a note that says” please check your internet/ Network connection can you fix this

The app doesn’t open most of the time. Whenever I try to open it, I get a network error. It’s a frustrating experience.

Always have to close the app and open again. It never opens in first attempt. Also occasionally chats don’t load up.

Add listing tactics
It is not bad to charge for using your platform like i was posting add to sell my phone and i wasn’t looking for any feature options then a window popped up with a promise message that i will have to pay them 1% of my sale amount. Thing is what are your protection level if there will be a scam to anyone like the buyer or seller? Do you provide any assistance in case of any fraudulent activity at any end?

SCAMMERS: Don’t buy their promotion packages
So I wanted to sell out my previous phone and when I listed over the olx their sales team kept on chasing me to buy their promotion packages and upon their huge insistence I bought one week promotion package, after purchasing promotion i have not received much messages to sell the phone and once I reached to sales guy to get refund or redo the promotion he totally refused and changed his behaviour. Highly disappointed
