App doesn't work
When clicking "buy now" it keeps bouncing me back to the home page. Kind of frustrating when you're from out of town and just trying to get around. There is another app I found that I could use! It's called Token Transit and it can be used with lots of different cities / transit systems.
I can’t buy a ticket
Every time I try to buy a ticket on the app, it ask me to select a fare but when I click dart (the only option by the way) it takes me back to the front page please fix
I can’t make purchases and I missed 2 bussed because of it
I Joe Solar Chery download the app to catch the bus. Doing so I couldn’t make any purchases towards a ticket I missed two versus while trying to figure out how to make purchases please fix this bug
First time was great now glitched
It was convenient when I didn’t have cash and could buy a ticket asap! But the app stopped working on my phone even after uninstalling and removing my card just to repeat the process but no success in buying a 2nd ticket. Very disappointed in this app and hope it gets fixed soon!!!
Do not install this app until it’s fixed
This app worked perfectly fine, and was really useful. But In their recent update I can’t purchase tickets at all. It sends me straight to the ticket management screen.
Why I can’t purchase my tickets
I love this app but now all of a sudden it’s not letting u purchase any tickets at all. The option don’t even pop up anymore. I made new accounts and it’s doing the same on every account.
Can’t buy tickets AGAIN!!!
The last time I had this problem it was because it wouldn’t except the cards I was using for payment. Now the problem is the app wants me to select my fair select what company and it takes me right back to the ticket manager homepage. Why can’t I buy the tickets? It does not give me the option. The app was fine a month ago and now it doesn’t work after your newest bug fix.

New issues
Normally the app worked fine and it was amazing. Recently however, everytime I go to select “buy now” to get a ticket, instead of being directed to my fare options, I’m directed to a button that just says Dart on it. When I click that, It opens a list that says “change your operator” with nothing else on it. There has been no option to select my fare and I’m unable to buy tickets.

Lousy support
The app is quirky. It actually seems to be a parking app instead of a transit fare app. When you contact the company for app support they send you to SMART or DDOT, who send you back to DART, etc.
Trash
Don’t waste your time. The app just freezes and crashes.
No 31 day ddot pass?
I take the ddot everyday for work and when I need a bus pass I purchase the 31 day ddot pass. Sometimes the places I purchase them from don’t always have them, so I have to use cash until I can buy one. I was told about this app so I downloaded it to give it a try. I’m sad that the 31 day ddot passes are on here, this would have made it a lot easier to get passes

doesnt work
used to work maybe a month or so ago- now it just wont let me buy tickets on either of my cards. both of them work on any other purchase. have had to get off of the bus and tell them i cant pay twice now.
Login issues
So I have been unable to login to the app. When attempting to login, the app only gives me the option to use my number. I no longer have access to that number. It refusing to let me use my email address. And when clicking support through I get sent everywhere. Not sure how often you guys check the reviews but I need help sooner than later.

Why would anybody ever want to activate 4 tickets at once??? Come on now please change ASAP. If I buy 4 tickets and choose to activate at the time of purchase it doesn’t make sense to have me activate all 4 at the same time. I can only use 1 at a time right???

All doesn’t accept cards for whatever reason never been fixed. Don’t even believe the app get updated anymore.
