iOS? Feature rich with bugs

I spent over $800 on a lifetime license key after I’ve been using the original darts since 2018 the original dart Sim absolute fantastic product five out of five stars. Darts pro has been filled with nothing but problems. Consistently asks for registration keys anytime there’s an update. You have to uninstall it and reinstall it. Today was the second time right at a class that I had to use it in the software was so broken I couldn’t use it and had to cancel the class.

Hi Ricsin97, Thank you for being with us since the original DART Sim in 2018 and I'm sorry for the trouble. Having it fail right at the start of a class is exactly what we never want, especially after a lifetime license. We believe you're running the iOS app on a Mac in compatibility mode. In that mode, macOS generates the device ID on the fly, and it can change between launches or updates. Since your license is tied to that device ID, the app sees a "new" device and asks you to re-register, that's the loop you've been fighting, not a problem with your key. The good news: we released the official native macOS version of DART Sim Pro yesterday. It uses a stable device identity, so this re-registration issue is resolved going forward. One important step: the new macOS app calculates its own device ID, so your license needs to be transferred to it. Please contact our support and reference this review, we'll transfer your lifetime license to the native macOS app so you can activate it and rely on it in class. After that, download the dedicated macOS app and remove the iOS-on-Mac copy. I should have moved users off the compatibility mode sooner, my apologies. Thank you for your patience and loyalty. Great customer service!

Uploaded the pro to replace the original dart sim that I've had for more than ten years. I bought a new iPad today but could not upload the old app. I feared it may have run its time but texted the customer service line. It was confirmed that the original app was no going to work on the new. I was told to give the new Pro app a try and felt I should because the original was such a great resource for teaching acts and pals courses over the years. I had some issues uploading it but customer service was awesome and troubleshooted my problem. I can't wait to use the new app!

What an amazing upgrade

I have been using DART Sim ever since it came out around 2011. When I noticed they had a Pro version I was excited to give it a go. So many more features. I don’t know where to begin. The remote app is way better and it runs smooth. My department invested in 10 licenses because it’s way cheaper then SkillQube, iSimulate, and Monitor by Leardal. I have my own business aside from teaching with the department and decided to take a go at the yearly subscription. Can’t believe of cheap. $149 a year? That’s not even the cost of one ACLS renewal student. Support is top notch, you text them and can talk to a live person with questions even on the weekend! I think my favorite feature is the ability to draw or upload your own ECG’s and the new remote app. If your a long time DART user like me you will so much appreciate this Pro. Thank you DART Sim!
