Update of premises
I’m not sure what prompted the tear down and rebuild of the Dash In on Rt 50 and Willards; but I’m loving it.
The ease of using the app and preorder items in store is great; they are almost always super busy.
Same goes for using app for gas purchases. It’s quick to earn points and save on your purchases! Thank you Dash In for going hi-tech.

Great gas awesome food
I have to be honest with you, when a store says that they are great I usually don’t hold my breath because they are 100% bias but Dash in is different! I love the setup and how convenient it is to pump gas! You can select the pump number and pay for it right from the app without leaving your car and I love that because I have 3 small children and I do not like to leave them in the vehicle for very long! And yall the food is AMAZING! Great quality awesome taste and great price, and with the dash in app they always have great deals on their food! In my opinion dash in is 10 out of 10.

Dashin rewards disappear
I was trying to place an order using the $2.50, but once I placed the order the reward disappeared then I got a message saying it was used. The order was never placed.

The gas is great. The food doesn’t always work for me. I’ve even had staff try to make it work and it didn’t.

If you like the QT concept, you’ll love this place. ALL kitchen orders are cooked fresh. Burgers are tasty. They have a smoothie machine.. and the app is so easy to order from. Love it!

Doesn’t work
Since they updated the app and forced everyone to request a code for access, the app is nonfunctional for me. I put in my phone number and request a code and then nothing. No code, no error. Just an app taking up space on my phone.

Cheese steak was amazing
The Dash In located at 9075 Baltimore national Pike in Ellicott city has some of the freshest food around. I first learned of them because they were giving out samples at the health expo at my son’s school. so I decided to try their cheese steak one day that I stopped by to get gas and the quality of the steak and the bread really shocked me. The sandwich was delicious. I’m not sure what they put in the dash sauce, but that was good too. I will definitely be ordering it again and they’re fresh made potato chips are good.

Lures you in with .25 off per gallon, then the only way to get it (paying at the pump with the app for some reason) never works. Total scam.

App does not provide the discounts at the pump as promoted
I downloaded the app and paid at the pump through the app. The app said I would get $.10 off a gallon, plus $.25 off per gallon for being a new customer. The regular price of gas was $4.49.
The problem is the pump did not deduct the discounts, even though I selected the discounts on the app.
Also, the pump did not print out a receipt so it forced me to go inside the store and it was raining that evening.
I told the cashier the pump did not give me the discount, even though I paid through the app and he stated other customers have complained about the same problem, and the manager tried the app on his phone and discovered the same problem. The app is not giving customers the discounts at the pump, even though the history section on my app says my rewards were redeemed.
The Dash In app and pump are misleading customers, by stating a discounted price, but forcing them to pay the regular price without giving the promoted discounts.
