Functionality
Poor functionality. Does not give option to cancel flights. Took several hours to update my cancelled hotel and rental car. On their voice prompt when I called they were advertising that their mobile app will do the cancellation of flights, no such function is available. False advertising.
Innacurate
Does not have all my trips, past or present. Useless.
Don’t use internationally
Their support for international (non-US or Canada) travels absolutely stinks (I’m actually being nice...it’s worse). FYI Concur that 800 numbers DO NOT WORK FROM ANYWHERE BUT North America. This is a completely useless service when I need help internationally - and the airlines won’t change ANYTHING because “some third party” (you) booked it. So I get stuck with hundreds of extra dollars because your service STINKS.

My birthdate is wrong in this app which caused me problems with my boarding pass.
Drain my battery with notifications
Like Ground Hog Day! I continue to receive notifications to return my rental car and to gas up my rental and to get gas and ... I returned the rental two hours ago. Make your apps smart! Talk to me, we can help you make your app better. If it notifies me once more, I will remove the app. Very annoying and not an intelligent app. Oh and I tried to delete the notifications in the app and it just refreshes the app, doesn’t delete the message!!!!

Have called 3 times for tech support, you can only leave a message, have never got a call back from them.

My co-workers recommend me to try this APP, it is so much better than the one I was currently using.

Says record locator required regardless if switch is green or not. No way to register a new account

For starters it does save membership numbers.
Revising reservations
Would not allow me to revise a reservation. Had to cancel and book new trip. Also had to cancel from my phone, could not modify or cancel from pc. Not easy or convenient!
I’ve had the app for ONE MINUTE
I have had your app for less than one minute. You have spammed me for this review three times - two of the review requests were *on top* of each other. I have no idea whether the app is any good or not but I know it’s annoying.
Best in Class
For corporate and personal travel across carriers. I always have it open when traveling. But that’s how it works for me and not sure what it would be like if app was not linked to our corporate account. I seem to get alerts here before I get them from the airlines. And if I see a delay that will cause a missed connection I just touch the ‘Call Agent’ button and I’m talking with our assigned corporate agents (Sigrid & Amy are super) or after hours staff. Always beat the rush to the open seats.

Great information
I love this app. It gives me all of the details about my trip. I also love the ability to put the information on my calendar. My wife and I share a calendar app, so she has all of my trip details as well. No longer does she have to ask me when my flight lands in Atlanta. She can find out because all of the information of the flight is on her calendar.
