This app has terrible routing and gps pickups are often wrong. How is this company not being replaced? Nothing has been fixed after months. 4 people for pickup is incredibly stupid.

New app is terrible. Service and drivers thankfully is towing the line
I don’t understand why someone decides to break what is working. Clearly it wasn’t trial run and just pushed without trial runs with riders or drivers. The previous app did everything needed for commuting in such a small downtown area. The new app is misjudges geo areas, isn’t user friendly when selecting pick up/drop off points and makes the DASH system confusing. Go back to what worked and stop breaking things that function properly.

The previous app was much better. The Drivers and service is really good but the way app behaves is crazy. Shows very very incorrect time for pickup. Adding pickup and drop address is always pain when want to book in advance (i e when on different locations) If you are not picking up at exact location and service is hub to hub they should only keep hubs in a option for pick and drop menu. Did not like app at all.

Bad routing in new app
App has terrible routing and gps pickups are often wrong. Also cramming 4 strangers into a car is not ideal. I’d rather just wait for the next car than be packed in.

The new app is awful
The new app is not user friendly and it’s not working properly. It says Dash not available to areas it always was available to before such as Ulele and Raybon plaza. The available hubs on the old app were so more helpful and the way functionality was much better. Please make these changed based on the downtown resident feedback shared as we all love using Dash.

I’m trying to go 5 blocks and it’s telling me I should just walk. What’s the point of not being able to move anywhere through downtown?
Great service odd app
I love the service and highly recommend it to anyone. That said, I’m unclear how the developers could possibly need my date of birth as a required bit of information to register. I’m fairly certain the old app did not require that information and wonder why you need it now.
