Never drivers available

Tampa downtown partnership is neglecting this service. Also cramming 5 people in a car is too much.

This app has terrible routing and gps pickups are often wrong. How is this company not being replaced? Nothing has been fixed after months. 4 people for pickup is incredibly stupid.

FAQ

What is DASH Tampa Microtransit?

DASH Tampa Microtransit is an on-demand, hub-based ridesharing service designed to make getting around Tampa's Downtown easier. It connects users to transit hubs, helping them rethink their commutes and explore the downtown area.

How do I use the app to get a ride?

You can request a ride directly through the app by entering your current location and desired destination. The app will then direct you to your nearest pickup point, known as a hub.

What are the pickup and drop-off points?

This service operates on a hub-to-hub system. This means pickups and drop-offs occur at designated hubs, not directly at your door. This approach is used to ensure affordability and efficiency.

Are the rides shared?

Yes, rides may be shared with other passengers who are traveling to the same hub. However, you will always have your own seat and personal space during the ride.

What makes the drivers special?

The drivers are trained Driver Ambassadors who are not only skilled navigators of Downtown Tampa but also knowledgeable about local events, restaurants, and attractions. They can provide recommendations and insights.
