Hard to cancel won’t refund!
I tried to cancel this subscription but it still charged me. I called as soon as I got the receipt in my email and they refused my refund. Just grimy business practices. I hadn’t used the app for weeks. Avoid this company!
Price raised again!
The only thing you guys are good at is raising the price of the load board, every time they ask you to fill out little survey about how they care what you think, they are going to raise the price.

Bad terrible communication
They will a payment upfront but if you need something from them they won’t do a follow up with you.
Inconsistent profit estimator
Whenever looking at loads it will tell you the approximate profit for it. It is inaccurately higher. You increase the amount of the paying load by $50 and the profit estimator shows less than the original paying amount instead of more. Probably a glitch in the system.

Unable to protect the load board
It’s frustrating to see so many and same posts from a broker. I have called about it sent screenshots. However nothing has been done to address the issue. I don’t understand why a company just refuses to protect its platform. Someone somewhere need to step up to secure DAT One system.

And who can post the loads on your system? There’s sometimes a company posting a load 20-50 times or $10 per mile all fake.

Billing issue
They have a major issue with connecting your card, when I call Customer Service they really repeat the same thing over and over telling you that it’s an issue with your bank when clearly there’s no problem after trying three banks all using my cards at the same time as clearly a problem on their end and they don’t want to take responsibility for it. I found it extremely frustrating as a customer that she representatives will not help at all. I finally did find somebody to resolve the issue, but the representatives on the phone and tell me the same thing over and over that it’s my problem with my bank literally there’s no problem with my bank.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Out of the 74 loads showing up in my search results, 52 are by the same broker that has a habit of reposting load after load after load and taking over the entire load board. I called DAT to at least block this broker for me so I don’t see their loads since I don’t do business with them anyway and they told me I have to upgrade my subscription plan to be able to block a broker. This is beyond ridiculous. So my only option was to cancel my subscription and move to another load board. FDAT.

Said “to help grow your business” definitely directed towards stable companies in the industry. I wasted money on my subscription and now need to find an app that is geared toward actually helping EVERYONE grow their business. Pretty good app tho

Scam brokers
Over the past year, there has been a noticeable increase in scam brokers on the DAT platform, which has significantly impacted our business operations. We now spend more time verifying whether load postings are legitimate than actually booking loads. DAT was once an excellent and reliable tool for the trucking industry, but the growing presence of fraudulent activity is diminishing its value. Unless stronger measures are implemented to detect and prevent scams, this platform may no longer be a viable option for professional carriers and brokers.
