This Loadboard have to many scammers they let posted load if you booked a load when you done they disappear if you do a report with DAT they just said they account was hacked

These guys had me enter my phone number to use the app and then sold it off to marketing companies. My phone number doesn’t stop ringing with fuel car sales and truck marketing calls. Thanks guys! /s

Even worse than the clutter is the alarming safety crisis on the platform. Broker accounts are being compromised and hacked on a daily basis, leaving scammers free to post fake loads and systematically cheat carriers. Honest owner-operators and small fleets are booking what they think are legitimate shipments, only to get caught up in elaborate identity theft, double-brokering, and non-payment schemes.
DAT profits heavily from monthly subscription fees while failing to secure its own digital environment. As the industry's dominant load board, DAT should be held fully accountable for the explosive rise of freight fraud on their network. Until they implement rigorous, mandatory security protocols and clean up the board's spam problem, relying on DAT is a gamble that puts hard-working carriers directly in the crosshairs of scammers.

Hard to cancel won’t refund!
I tried to cancel this subscription but it still charged me. I called as soon as I got the receipt in my email and they refused my refund. Just grimy business practices. I hadn’t used the app for weeks. Avoid this company!
Price raised again!
The only thing you guys are good at is raising the price of the load board, every time they ask you to fill out little survey about how they care what you think, they are going to raise the price.

They will a payment upfront but if you need something from them they won’t do a follow up with you.
Inconsistent profit estimator
Whenever looking at loads it will tell you the approximate profit for it. It is inaccurately higher. You increase the amount of the paying load by $50 and the profit estimator shows less than the original paying amount instead of more. Probably a glitch in the system.

Unable to protect the load board
It’s frustrating to see so many and same posts from a broker. I have called about it sent screenshots. However nothing has been done to address the issue. I don’t understand why a company just refuses to protect its platform. Someone somewhere need to step up to secure DAT One system.

Billing issue
They have a major issue with connecting your card, when I call Customer Service they really repeat the same thing over and over telling you that it’s an issue with your bank when clearly there’s no problem after trying three banks all using my cards at the same time as clearly a problem on their end and they don’t want to take responsibility for it. I found it extremely frustrating as a customer that she representatives will not help at all. I finally did find somebody to resolve the issue, but the representatives on the phone and tell me the same thing over and over that it’s my problem with my bank literally there’s no problem with my bank.
