Unnecessary app
It makes no sense to have to download another app just to use a function that already existed in the old app. What is the actual reason for this change?
The result is an experience that feels inconvenient and unnecessary, taking up storage space for something most users only need occasionally. Instead of simplifying things, this has made them more complicated.
Honestly, I’d like to know who in your marketing or product team thought this was an efficient idea, because from a user’s perspective, it isn’t. This feels like a step backwards in usability.

Data Piñata prizes bogus
Any gift vouchers you win during the Data Piñata promo cannot be redeemed, always met with “invalid code”

Data piniata has stopped being available through the app and now i have to put in the like in safari but even when i play it it says i have won 45 minutes or something the never appears in my account, absolutely useless m, the event is also not over as i still see 30 second unskippable ads for dats piniata being available for the summer

2 Degrees is purposely inconvenient.
I’ve notice that during the holiday period, the data clock app always logs itself out.
Due to a high volume of people using the app in the holiday seasons, 2 degrees purposely logs people out of data clock to maintain their data usage and cuts access off for this period until less users are using the app.
So beware that if you top up to use the data clock that you will have no access over the holiday period, when you need it most…..

Doesn’t work - major bug
Tried using it after a break. It opens to the the 2degrees logo and Bizarrely the number keyboard appears when it shouldn’t. Otherwise it’s completely in-operational. Please fix asap.

It comes up with ‘you need to use some data before you buy more’ LIKE WHAT? Ever since data Pinata came back it’s been playing up

Unusable app
The past couple of weeks Ive been unable to purchase any extra data or use my free one hour one because the app just randomly stops working for a couple of days and it shows me a blank screen. My app is updated, Ive restarted my phone, and there’s nothing else I can do. This is so annoying.
App not letting me send use hour free data
I have not been able to use my hour free data or purchase any data packs as it says I have no time on it and it’s been like that for 3-4 days now and I’m still not able to use the data clock
Problem or register
I have a problem for a registered because I exactly put my number and the sms verification code I received and it show me you need to start the process again after multiple error? Really it my first time registering here and I even have everything correct except the system keep persists that I have it wrong?

Pretty good but…
It’s pretty good but you need data or wifi connection for the app to work, so if you have no internet connection and you want to activate free data or purchase a data clock pack it can be annoyingly inconvenient
Getting worse
When I first started using the last version of this app it was pretty good. Sadly it seems to be getting worse every time I open it. Lately it says I have made calls and texts that I haven't made, some to numbers I have never heard of! When will you 2 degrees guys learn that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" ?
Newer and faster does not necessarily mean better- in fact more often than not, for the customer it often means worse!
