This app is beyond horrible! I go to long in and it won’t let me use my bio print, so I then go to use the password and still doesn’t work. I can go to the website and login with the same password no problem. This happens all the time. Get it fixed!!

Works great. Even with little to no cell service. Love that you can use multiple devices.
Frustrating !!!!
Synced and re-synced and re-synced. Did I mention syncing? Answer from support has been to delete and re-install. Come on!!!! Really. Not a fan, at all.
App is atrocious
I don’t know who thought this app is useful but it just isn’t. The app constantly crashes or just won’t create new files.
App Is Horrible
This application is horrible. It constantly shows items syncing. When it finally stops syncing, it will shows numerous items begin syncing again. The picture tool does not orient to landscape. Your only option is portrait. When you take a picture, it lags so much that you believe a picture was not taken. So you take another one only to have duplicate pictures in your scene file. Forms take forever to load. We have been told you have to put your device in airplane mode to use the application. The problem is other applications that need to work cannot work in airplane mode. I am constantly having to re-install the app to get it to work and sync correctly or to get scene files to show up on my other device. Absolutely atrocious application, and I will NEVER recommend it. If our administration would realize how horrible it is rather than just being engrossed in the fact that they can follow our scene file in real time, we could find a better application. I hate using this application, but unfortunately I am a lowly peasant and am forced to use it daily. Therefore, my ranting about the app falls on deaf ears, because the administration who forces this app down our throat does not use it on a daily basis to do their job. I never rate or leave reviews for apps, but since I am ONCE AGAIN re-installing the app, I thought I would.
