I tried logging in to the app and the server will not allow me to. This need to be fixed asap.
Doesn’t Work
Save your time. I figured since the last review was over a year ago it would have been fixed by now. Nope same issues. If i could rate 0 stars i would.
Just downloaded and it’s wonderful….
This is wonderful, i log on to the website and it works fine but i log into the app, or try to at least. I get a code dent to my email. It tells me it was wrong. I found i got 2 codes and typed in the newest one and i get an error contacting server.. okay so i try again, and i get error communicating with server.. riddle me this, How da fork do you go about not communicating but can send authentication codes…

Actually unusable
For almost a week now I have been unable to login. After entering correct username, password, and MFA, I get a server error. Contacted customer support by email twice in this time and they do not respond.
Crashes Continuously
I cannot login because it crashes continuously. I will contact the author about this issue and I want others to know you are not alone in your frustrations.
Does not work!
Cannot even register for an account. Immediately throws an error.
Not possible to login
As others have stated this app is trash. It is not possible to log in. I’ve been trying for several days, since I first downloaded the app, and each time it says it is unable to connect to the server.
I am on an iPhone with current updated software.
I suspect that Davis vision does not want you to be able to check what your benefits actually are and this is their way of creating a firewall!

Unable to Login
I’ve been trying to create an account but none of the email verification codes will work… Can’t even make an account.

Tried submitting a claim multiple times and everytime I did an hour later the app acted as if I had never submitted one. Website is not much better.
Is this the worst app ever?
The answer is: YES! When an app has ALL 1-star ratings, you know it’s pretty bad. Can’t login and can’t register. You get stuck in an endless loop. So this app is of absolutely no use. Why the developers haven’t done anything about it is beyond me.
Painful
I have to call for support because they didn’t respond to email requesting help. Took forever to get my account set up to find out it doesn’t show recent claims. I set up with a user name and password , and a week later it wants an email instead and doesn’t recognize it even through I received an email from them using that email address

Can’t login
The app does not work. Login online on their website and look up your benefits and what options and providers are available to you. Request a card since the one they send in the mail initially is paper. Like I said, worthless app though.
Horrible App
This app is horrible. Can never get logged in on it. I can login on the website with no problem. But the app? Save yourself the frustration. Pretty sure it was designed by a student for a high school project.

Broken
Still having the same issues as people were having 5 years ago. Just fix the coding, you’re losing so much money with this awful app. Password loop is an understatement, it simply crashes after you update your password. Over, and over again. One can’t even login anymore.
