Will not Add to Apple Wallet
I love the app and continuously use it but recently when I had to redownload the app it will no longer add my YMCA membership to Apple wallet please help
I don’t like it
The app is not user-friendly and is difficult to navigate. Overall, I do not like it and no stars for me.
So-so at best
I am a new user, but so far I’ve found a few significant problems. First, it can’t seem to decide whether to operate in portrait or landscape mode on my iPad. It starts out in landscape fine, but then abruptly just turns to portrait, even though the iPad didn’t move. Second, the date selector on the Schedule page will say one thing, but clicking on a class takes me to a completely different date. Third, it’s hard to tell if I’m already signed up. (I’m using it to reserve racquetball court at my YMCA.)

I downloaded the app. Next step was to enter the location of the facility. The search icon in the search window remained grey no matter what I tried. Thus I could not proceed and the app is useless

Doesn’t pass step 1
Downloaded and it would not produce any search results, just like the majority of unhappy users. Hey, filthy rich lawyer, do the ymca a solid and pro bono take all the assets from daxko llc and get the y a working membership app. Did everybody at daxko die in the great plague? Obviously the app has not been supported for YEARS. Feel bad for a good organization like the ymca who has been ripped off. From BBB: “Daxko, LLC is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.

Works but it’s meh
I have to refresh the app every time I open it. It never just updates on its own
Have to always close the app to get it to load
When I open the app, it loads to a blank screen. It needs to be force closed and reopen. Every single time. Been like this for over a year.

I work at the YMCA and need this app to work. Every time I go to open it …. Nothing… white screen. I have to restart my phone each time to view anything. Please fix this. It has happened for months(when I first started using it.

This app worked great until it didn’t - out of the blue abruptly refused to populate any page despite my having refreshed, sent a message for help, deleted + reloaded…

I cannot find the app on my phone and when I do, I put the password in and it says error. I try to reset my password but sending a link to my email but I never get an email to reset the password.
Nothing happens when opened
I downloaded the app. I’m supposed to put in the YMCA I want on the line. Absolutely nothing happens.
Another blank white screen
Like so many others, for me this app never gets past a blank white screen on start-up so it’s completely and utterly useless.

90% of the time that I attempt to use this app, I only get a blank white screen. I am trying to get fitness schedules to know if I can pop into the pool or a class, but it’s totally unreliable. I almost always have to go home and use my laptop. Total waste having this app.
Can’t add to calendar
I can no longer add classes to my phone calendar but otherwise a pretty solid app
Still doesnt work
Installed today after getting a Y membership and cannot see anything in the search bar. Reading reviews from 3 years ago seems like this is a problem that hasn't been fixed in 3 YEARS. Completely disgusting.
