Kind, practical support without judgement
Daybreak is a really supportive and non-judgemental space. The community makes you feel less alone, and reading other people’s experiences helps me reflect on my own habits without pressure or labels.
The Drink Tracker feature is great for building awareness around your drinking. I also like that the Care Navigator service is there if you ever need extra support. It all is practical, kind and easy to engage with.
If you’re thinking about changing your relationship with alcohol, Daybreak is a great place to start.

Insane behaviour
Went to the trouble of adding all my details & signing up, to be immediately pushed to buy a monthly/yearly subscription before I even got a chance to look at the app to see if it would work for me. No free trial, no look at how the app works/ layout etc, just demanding money. Then they had the audacity to say ‘Your membership fee helps us give Daybreak for free to those in need’, I am one of those people in need, where was my free option? This app is clearly after money more than it is to help people. Ridiculous!

Terrible
Don’t use. No support. Sham.
Great community. A lifesaver. Clunky usage though.
Checking in to daybreak each day is a vital element of my sobriety toolkit. I have found solace and support in this community. Shared tips, empathy and encouragement from other members has helped me so much. I’m 311 days sober and can honestly say I don’t think I could have made it this far without having daybreak in my pocket.

Life saver
I’ve been a member here for several years and the best part is, it’s a truly safe place to be with support from amazing people that get it.
