Glitchy and laggy
At this point daycares should just use Ring. This camera/stream is unreliable, lags and glitches often or takes forever to load only to get an error message that it’s unable to connect. Truly awful product and daycares need to stop using.
Useful and easy to use
I was worried about the really negative reviews as I was counting on being able to monitor my baby while at daycare. I’ve used the app for a month now and I have no complaints! Easy to navigate the cameras and check daily reports. I’m very pleased with this app!
Drains battery like nothing else
Not sure what’s happening with this app but it drains your battery like crazy. Even when plugged in, devices struggle to keep up while this app is running.
This app should be banned for AppStore
The login process is a decade old and the whole user experience is trash

does not save password or log in with face id. have to enter password each time
Horrible App
Always freezes on the viewing screen saying “waking for the video!” and constantly tries to load then rejects you saying sorry couldn’t get the video! Such a pain especially when you say monthly for the app!
App is horrible
Freezes all the time. The video doesn't restart, have to close and open again to restart video
Currently unusable
Whenever I select the camera there is a message pop up saying "Waiting for video" and never goes away even though the video plays fine in the background.
So far so good
Just installed but it seems great. Way easier to use than the mobile site. I can zoom in on photos!
