Thank you so much for the kind words! A lot has shipped since you wrote this — the app is now called Dayleaf, with iCloud backup, Sign in with Apple, goals on the calendar, and it speaks 9 languages. I also noticed the "slow loading" note in your nickname: the app got a big performance pass in recent updates, and if anything still feels slow I'd truly love to hear about it — there's now a Feedback board in Settings where I read and reply personally.
