User reviews

Undisputed best bookmarking app!

To be fair, I just started using this app but recommend it. It auto organizes any link or screenshot you send it. Super handy

The perfect PKMS app

Well almost perfect but still my very favorite. It’s easy to use, intuitive, and just clicks with my brain. You will not be disappointed!

Best of the best

This is just what I was looking for. I’ve done my research and have never even come close to an app that meets my needs as much as Mindless does.

Excellent for organizing screenshots

I don’t review much but this app is what I’ve been looking for. I’ve been using it to stash my screenshots and to create link reminders (very handy).

Read the privacy policy.

It says “Private by Design” with a padlock, but the privacy policy says they collect your data, target ads to you, and share your info with advertisers and marketing partners. The “privacy” only means other users can’t see your stuff, not that the company isn’t harvesting your data for ads. Read the privacy policy.

Response from developer

Update June 11, 2026: we've now updated the privacy policy to remove the language flagged here - not just soften the wording - and to more clearly reflect our actual privacy practices and commitments. You can read it at getmindless.com/privacy. I'm the founder - if you have any other suggestions, or if anything is still unclear or doesn't sit right, please reach out to me directly at jonathan@getmindless.com.  -------------- Hi Jeff - you’re right to call this out, and I want to be straight with you. Some of the language in our privacy policy came from a generic template, and we didn’t catch that parts of it describe practices we don’t actually do. The “joint venture marketing partners” section and some of the California language in particular say things that don’t reflect how Mindless works or what we do. That’s on us, and we’re removing those portions - not just softening the wording. Here’s what’s actually true about Mindless: we don’t show third-party ads in the app, we don’t sell or share your notes, tasks, links, contacts, files, or other saved content with third parties for marketing, and we don’t share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do run Google, Meta, and Apple Ads to drive downloads for Mindless - but that’s just us advertising Mindless, and we never use the content you create in Mindless for those campaigns. We’ll have the policy updated within the next few days to reflect what we actually do in these areas - clearly and without the boilerplate that created this confusion. If you’re open to it, please reach out to me directly at jonathan@getmindless.com. I’d really appreciate the chance to hear your concerns and make sure the updated language addresses them clearly. I’m the founder, and this matters to me personally. Thank you for reading carefully and saying something. We need to get this right, and we will.
