Incredible tool for a great price
This is my source of truth! If it’s not in Daylite, it didn’t happen! I don’t know how I’d run my business without it.
Our Killer App
Those of us who are old enough to remember the term “killer app” know it referred to an application that was so good, so necessary, that you would buy hardware just to have something to run the app on. Daylite is that for us. I’d buy a MacBook Air for every one of our employees simply so we could run Daylite & thus run the company. It is, without any doubt, my favorite software & the most important software for our company.
Built exclusively & especially for Mac/iOS (and it shows), Daylite is easy to use, powerful where it should be so, & an incredible deal financially vs other “more well known” CRM solutions. It does everything we want it to do (and probably a good bit more) and just.plain.works.
On the rare occasion that we’ve had a tech support issue, they have been fantastic - seriously: the best tech support we’ve ever received - enough so that I actually commented to a colleague; “ this guy actually cares” about my issue.
As a founder/CEO of a company that is also an proud tech geek & an experienced CRM-junkie, I am happy to share that Daylite is THE BEST and I’m very thankful to have stumbled upon it ~ 15+ years ago. A+A+A+

I love using the Daylite for IPad and IPhone a the features are awesome. Still feel like there is way more capability here, but definitely getting there!
Runs so slow on phone or not at all
Been using DayLite for a long time and the phone version has become almost impossible to use. Either crashes or is so slow to respond and I have all systems up to date.

CRM for Apple Ecosystem
Wanted a single CRM tool that is integrated with Apple ecosystem.l Daylite was recommended by ChatGPT as a CRM that integrates with Apple email, calendar, tasks and other tools, that works with my MacBook Air, iPad, and iPhone. Downloaded Daylite last night. It was pretty easy to set up, and integrate as I was looking for. Has some very nice features such as creating a contact, company, project, opportunities from email. Have a 2 week trail license and will work with it, but so far, I am liking this better than HubSpot or Zoho, and the monthly subscription is less than my current Zoho description. Zoho does not integrate as well as I would like it too. I hope this is a better solution. So far it looks like it will be what I am looking for. I hope this is helpful to other users looking for an Apple ecosystem CRM.

Wie ist das Möglich?
Generell ist die app sehr gut. Warum jetzt nur einen Stern?
Man mag es kaum glauben, es ist nicht möglich Bilder IN der Mail in der app zu speichern. D.h. wenn man die E-Mail in eine Daylite-Aufgabe / Aktivität / einen Workflow kopiert, verschwinden die in der email platzierten Bilder.
Im täglichen Leben heißt das:
Die im Daylite gespeicherten E-Mails zeigen die Bilder nur als Anhänge und nicht innerhalb des html E-Mail-Textes an. Noch schlimmer -> wenn man die Mail MIT Bildern sehen will - muß man die Mail in appleMail ansehen (immerhin gibt es da einen Button)
Wenn also die emails die man schreibt nur aus Text bestehen und vielleicht einer pdf Rechnung - ist es problemlos.. und ich würde 4 Sterne geben. Möchte man jedoch eine professionell gestaltete HTML-Mail mit Produktbildern versenden oder zu einem Kunden hinzufügen, werden diese nicht angezeigt.
Ich kann es wirklich kaum glauben, wir haben 2026 und dieses eigentlich gute Program verhält sich in seiner Emaildarstellung wie 1995… schade ein Stern

Best CRM - Adaptable and Dependable.
We’ve used this since 2011 and will never go anywhere else. It’s a sandbox that allows you to tweak or adapt to your workflows, etc. I LOVE THAT IT DOWNLOADS TO YOUR COMPUTER so you aren to vulnerable to internet or network disruptions. Tagging emails to files - super wonderful.
For what’s on the market
I find it’s the best
So slick and intuitive
I have tried them all and they were all clunky in their own way. Daylite was the most seamless and easily created traditional marketing through letter templates etc for our brochures. Not everything works online for customers. Brilliant product.
Excellent
This is a high level CRM, project and opportunity management app with integrated email and excellent support made for professionals and their teams, and made for a Mac environment. I have used it for many years and it is my go-to app every day for organizing my work, my projects, classes, appointments, etc. It is simply excellent and the team that supports it does a fantastic job. Made by professionals for professionals. If you want something free or lower level, there are plenty of other options and this is not the app for you.

Not worth it
Old and outdated, many bugs. Try and integrate with Outlook to link mail to contacts and you’ll see. Not worth the high price. Need desktop app to get the most of. And the desktop app is about 10 years outdated. Needs a complete overhaul and revamp. Developer has no interest in doing so from what I can tell.

Terrible support
An application that promises to help you manage your customers and then uses nothing but AI bots for support doesn’t understand it’s own customers which what a CRM promises to do.
