Never ending charges
They will charge you every other month randomly for a subscription that you already canceled years ago, they don’t have a customer service phone number so you have no one to complain, and it’s really have to get support from their AI chatbot. Don’t recommend

Terrible subscription system
I bought a Dazn annual subscription for the Super Bowl in January, because they had a deal it was 11$ a month instead of the crazy 30$ monthly. I completely forgot to unsubscribe to it once the Super Bowl was over, and now for 6 months they’ve taken 30$ out of my account, I’ve cancelled it but, they way they run it, is that I can’t fully cancel it. It will only cancel the renewal next year, so I will have to be paying for this subscription for an entire year, even though I cancelled it already. DAZN that makes 0 sense, fix this please.

App barely works
Ever since the update the app barely works on my iPad anymore. I cannot watch hockey games, they either skip, freeze, or, after a few minutes, just freeze up the entire iPad system. Whatever you “updated” has just broken it.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE
4 months after canceling my subscription DAZN continues to charge my debit card. They don’t have a customer service number to talk to a representative. You have to chat. You will then be told that it’s your responsibility to contact your bank in order to stop the disputed transactions. Absolutely poor customer service. All who have experienced the same, let’s file a lawsuit. My lawyer is ready.

I got a subscription to watch the World Cup, not knowing I signed up for a year. I tried to talk to customer service and they won’t let you cancel. They called it the soccer package. But they don’t even show the Premier League. Terrible.

Deceptive Subscriptions
I sub’d to DAZN for the Club World Cup in July 2025. They offered a 16.99 monthly fee. I sign up and then try to cancel after the CWC, but apparently it was a 12month commitment. My 12 months is finally up and I can leave this review that I will never use this platform again, and you shouldn’t either.

Hard to stop subscribtion
I signed up years ago to watch one fight and tried to cancel immediately after and I still get charged monthly too this day. No matter how many emails I send they won’t cancel my subscription
Freeze freeze freeze
Still annoyed that NFL gamepass moved to this platform. We were promised that we would not lose content however there is far less older games and the ones that are there are highlights only.
Then when you watch things like good morning football on demand it freezes often. This has become worse over time and doesn’t matter what device you use. I have 1 gbps and 100mbps upload and don’t have issues with other apps.
Will be looking to see what games I can get on other platforms instead of paying for a chance of a game or red zone not freezing.
And before developers respond have reached out to you previously and you did nothing. Plenty of others in Australia complaining about the exact same things so you obviously don’t listen and post token responses. Pathetic, just fix the streaming and restore the old games.

Good app
I signed up to watch the last ppv and overall had a good streaming experience. I did however accidentally sign up on a contract, which I didn’t want. They did offer me the option to cancel out of this contract by paying a small exit fee. That was good as I didn’t realise I had signed up to the wrong plan. I just picked the cheapest one.

Misleading Subscriptions, Pathetic Customer Supprt
As many others have mentioned, their subscription plans are intentionally misleading. A minor accidentally purchased the wrong subscription on my account as it was clearly misleading. When attempting to cancel, like many others have noted, there is no way to. I have contacted customer support and they were no help. Only after suggesting that I take further action to stop their misleading and fraudulent practices was I given the email of another department to contact. Now it has been almost a week and I have still gotten no response after several emails. This is absolutely pathetic and I’m only further reinforces the idea that this company is purposely taking advantage of and misleading customers. Unacceptable and unbelievably pathetic.

Both me and my brother have been scammed out of year subscriptions from DAZN and it is very sleezy and unethical. So I believe this 1 star rating is deserved. Awful company and service!
Horrible functionality on Apple TV
When its working, the app looks fantastic and I have reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful in finding resolutions. However, there is a problem that I only experience while using the platform on Apple TV. I constantly receive error messages and have had to delete and reinstall the app three times so far, so that it remains functional. Here’s hoping the issue gets resolved with an upcoming update 🙏🏻

Make sure you read carefully before pay the subscription
I was recently just informed that I was paying an Annual payment with monthly instalments with a surprise charge on my card. When I signed up I made sure to click the monthly box but thinking I was being charged correctly didn’t check again for the right plan. To cancel I will be charged a $20 fee next pay period. I understand it’s their policy but what I was paying for wasn’t clear enough. Maybe this is in me but I’m very unsatisfied with everything. So for anyone else who may be able to learn from my experience just be careful and double check.

Impossible to cancel
Although I love boxing I hate when the ‘monthly sign up’ is hidden when paying for one fight. Cancelled monthly payments to be told I didn’t…Then had to log onto a PC as won’t let you cancel through the App, despite everything else being available on there. Very old school naughty tactics. And often the main fights our additional to the £24.99 a month!

Difficult to cancel
If you ever want to cancel they make it very difficult and trick you into just pausing. Then resume it. When you finally get it cancelled they still charge you for another month. They even tell you that they will charge you and you can use it for another month. It’s a trick so you divide to get it activated again plus they are charging you. I just want it for the football season but because of their tactics I’m not going to use this app again.

Scam
I purchased the membership, first it looked odd to have annual membership for the price of 2months membership but I said great value why not. Started the game on the app on my iphone then after 5k minutes got error that Im streaming on another device and should close the app on that device. Again that was weird cause I was just watching on the dazn app on my iPhone. After experiencing this for 4-5 times I contacted support and they asked me to login to the website and sign our from all devices there then restart my phone and try again.
I did that, logged back in after rebooting, 5 minutes later I get the same error. Contacted support again and requested refund they said as per terms and conditions no refund, I mentioned that there is an exemption for accounts that were not used and I represent the perfect example for that, In requesting refund after less than an hour of subscribing so there is no chance that I have watched a single game! Support ended up insisting no refund, and that they cannot provide any proof that the service have been actually used
