Try to cancel subscription and app says pending - for the last 6 months. Very easy to subscribe very hard to cancel unsubscribe

I cancelled nfl pass, but they turned it back on without my consent. Then charged me without notice. Then thier chat bot was designed to be intentionally useless - constantly ignoring my clear request and responding to look like it didn’t understand. Too 5 hours on the chatbot to finally get the refund

Great App, love everything about it with the one exception that in spite of paying a hefty annual subscription, there are Sky blackout games each week that you don’t have access to to watch live (other than red zone rolling scoring updates for all teams). I would have given 5 Stars otherwise. Still a great app for all UK NFL fans and would recommend 👍🏻🏈

Month. I do NOT want another year. They signed me up for a year at $20.99 for the 12 months. There are no phone numbers to call, no one to speak to. These people are taking money that does not belong to them. I feel very SCAMMED.

No issues with the app itself but they make it VERY difficult for you to cancel so if you do need to cancel make sure you go through ALL the steps

DAZN traps customers into contracts. It used to be possible to suspend and cancel a contract, but now you force customers to remain for 12 months. Disgraceful!!!

I accidentally ordered a year subscription and not the month by month I had intended. I instantly requested a refund and confessed my mistake. There was zero understanding or compassion. As soon as this period ends it will be a massive gain for me in future and a net loss for DAZN. Aside from the potential losses from all the people I have told. Success is built on loyalty and loyalty is a two way street. ☹️😡

Worst platform software ever. Constant freezes, you pay for a fight it won't load. You
Try to buy a fight it says you can't. You get logged out randomly while watching. You can only watch in 1 location which a a joke given what your paying. They need to do better. Blows my mind they can run a business like this with such a bad streaming service. Fights freeze all the time and seems to be right at the pivotal moments as well which just ruins the fights!!!

Too expensive. Ultimate package is 450 a year and you all consider Joshua’s tune up and Spence vs Tszu a PPV. That’s garbage
