The app is not too accessible
Text is too small. Tge app is hard to navigate. Would be easier if there is a menu button at the top left corner. Also, please remove the older versions from the app stores.

每次需要切换语言的时候，都需要退出，再登录才能切换语言，这非常麻烦，希望增加一个在登录状态之下可以切换语言的选项，感谢。
线上开立户口检测不到港澳通行证
花了一个多小时，找了各种地方（地铁站，公园，商场）上传港澳通行证，软件就是检测不到。这到底是谁设计的开户流程？！

Why do I have to input OTP every time I attempt to log on? Freaking annoying!!!
