Used website many times, but changes many did not allow me to pay! Don’t know why! Called customer service, no service, just told me to wait, maybe something is going on!!! No, checking or message that maintenance is going on!!!

DCA Flights Missing

The flight status tab does not show flights to or from DCA.

Requires always on location permissions

If I have location permissions set to never, or only while using, the app constantly creates pop-ups forcing me to the settings app.

Since many of the features don’t need location permissions, these pop ups should only appear when they would genuinely break features

Drains Battery

May have been a fluke, but I’ve downloaded and deleted and re-downloaded, and the app drains battery consistently. 20% battery usage in 24 hours despite not ever opening the app according to iPhone Battery settings.

Sends to web page for many buttons

The app just links out to web pages for many buttons, which is annoying. If it is an app, you would expect it to provide the app experience.

Why can I only have access to 1 airport and not both?

Needs work

Won’t rotated to landscape on iPad. On initial installation, it told me that Regan is the closest airport, but I live within 5 miles of Dulles (30 from Reagan). Won’t search for flights based on airport code (e.g. finds “Detroit” but not “DTW”. I selected parking garage 2 at Dulles just to see what would happen and I got a long menu of supposed hits that included all sorts of unrelated information. Even assuming the data are current and correct, it seems like a lot of work to retrieve it.

One stop for travel

Easy to use with lots of info at my fingertips. Address, parking, and metro info to get to and from the airport. Book travel, hotel, car right from the app. Well organized restaurant info and FAQs. Glad to have this app, as a frequent traveler using Dulles and National airports.

Fantastic airport app with great service

I wish every airport had an app like this. Tells you everything you need to know when you're flying out of Dulles or National. Doesn't include any unnecessary info either. Just parking and flight info, which restaurants and shops are pre and post-security. Really clean and modern looking design too. Will be using this every time I fly into and out of these airports. Should be the gold standard for airport apps.

Needs work

Does not give rates for parking. Parking reservation module clunky, needs an actual calendar pop up instead of drop down list of days and months with no reference to days of the week. Simple one day reservation for parking was not available 48 hours in advance - really?

We are continually striving to improve the app and are working to include the parking rates at Reagan National in our next update. The parking reservation calendar is another area that we will work on with our parking contractor to improve on the mobile app as well as the FlyReagan.com website. Referencing your comment on parking not being available 48 hours in advance, parking can actually be reserved for any length of time at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled reservation time.
