Won’t work
Somehow the app won’t reinstall anymore. Have tried both on my phone, husband’s phone, iPads and old cellphones but nothing works. Sad because when we first got here it was working well. Now boom nothing.

Fails to remember your address
I have to reenter my address every week and notifications never work because of these.
App can’t tell what bins I have
I had great hopes for this app but it initially only recognised my red and green bins now it recognises only my red bin. It only gives me notices for the red bin. Sadly it is useless. Great idea, but hopelessly defective and clearly is not being maintained or fixed.
Have to delete and reinstall
APP worked well for a couple of weeks. Then decided I had no bins allocated to my address. Deleted and reinstalled - appears to be working now.
