Shocking onboarding process
Useless app that fails every step of the onboarding process.
Remake from scratch?
It’s okay but clearly a very basic/web portal based clunky experience. Ability to change/add/update payment method just takes you to the browser portal, but within the app rather than in safari or default browser, so it’s not seamless. I’ve actually replaced the app with a Home Screen shortcut, and do what I need via the online portal. The app is really not quite sufficient or I find I never actually use it or need to how you’d assume you should be able to.

The worst app ever
The app is absolutely useless: half of the time doesn’t allow you to enter the required menu options, every time I try to update payment methods an error appears and automatically defaults me to cash although there are almost no cash point in the area; the menu is hard to follow; user unfriendly; takes forever to set up and even after I asked not to send me sms notifications I still receive them. If I could give zero star - I would!
