Won’t work
Somehow the app won’t reinstall anymore. Have tried both on my phone, husband’s phone, iPads and old cellphones but nothing works. Sad because when we first got here it was working well. Now boom nothing.

Fails to remember your address
I have to reenter my address every week and notifications never work because of these.
App can’t tell what bins I have
I had great hopes for this app but it initially only recognised my red and green bins now it recognises only my red bin. It only gives me notices for the red bin. Sadly it is useless. Great idea, but hopelessly defective and clearly is not being maintained or fixed.
Have to delete and reinstall
APP worked well for a couple of weeks. Then decided I had no bins allocated to my address. Deleted and reinstalled - appears to be working now.
Doesn’t work
Latest major version update has caused addresses to not have collection dates assigned to them
Useless
DCC forces residents to download the app to find out which bins are being collected. This alone is awful because it assumes everyone has access to a phone that can download apps, they have an account, etc.
But what’s worse is that it’s useless because my address is not on the system, so the calendar shows up blank.
Also because my address is not in the system, there is no option to report the fact that DCC is not collecting our rubbish.
And there is no function to report that your address should be in the system.
Interesting that they manage to find all our addresses for charging us rates, but not for providing kerbside collection services.

Nice if it worked
I thought what a good idea, however typed in my address and got the wrong information which has caused us to miss out rubbish pick up…
Good Idea but Terrible app
Doesn’t work says address not in service area when it is when contact customer support they dont respond.
Not working
Currently you cannot input an address to get your collection day. It’s the same on their website
Notifications turn off
I hate this app. Great idea but I’ve had to delete and reinstall repeatedly as it stops doing the notifications which was the whole reason I got it. I’ve experienced notifications switched on but not actually happening and more recently will not let me switch them on. Have just reinstalled it again - maybe it will work better this time.

Handy app
So easy to look things up for kerbside collection! You never have to see what bin your neighbour is putting out!
