Better use good GPS
Seriously this is not good to use it’s like torture making you walk around 4 blocks shows you pick up spot in the middle of the road , who the hell will stand in between road for pick up I am really fed up with this . Think about elderly people

I always get dropped off no where near the address i put or i have to walk 10 minutes to get picked up and i side eye my drivers because they will literally admit outloud to not even knowing where they are going or half the time the app says i cant get picked up at all because theres no safe place for them even though theres cleary a safe spot for me to be dropped off

Have you tested the App ?
Tried app looking ad the ad on Frisco paper news letter . App launched without any testing looks like ! Why did you waste my time ? Not a single user will be able to use the app ! All bugs !
Made to be an affordable but deeply frustrating service
Would give a zero star if I could but it deserves a star because it at least functions. With GoZone, you could get to your destination up to an hour and 30 minutes after you booked your ride. And don’t even get me started on the lousy pick up and drop off locations. Booking rides can also become a game of fast fingers. If you don’t click the ride fast enough, it could go away in 2 seconds with a message of “experiencing a high volume of requests.”You could also spend up to 45 minutes looking for a ride. It’s affordable, which is great, but most times the frustration makes it hardly worth it

Usaba está app para ir a la escuela y no venía a la diereccion que es y me hacía cruzar la calle. Yo soy alguien que una vez casi la atropellan y me da mucho miedo eso de cruzar. Está app me parece horrible y peligrosa, tenía que cruzar la calle ya que el semáforo estaba muy lejos y el carro pues llegaba rápido y a veces el carro ni siquiera venía, se quedaba en un puesto de pizza comiendo y llegaba 30 minutos después. Que falta de respeto. Deberían mejorar lo de ubicación y conductores.

Waste of time
Such a useless and time waste app. Takes hours to get things done. We can walk to our destination and go reach earlier than them. Totally disappointed with their service and customer support is of no use.
A Do Not
This app is unorganized and sloppy. In order for you to get somewhere on time, you have to order your ride an hour before, or you will be very late to your destination. DON’T DOWNLOAD!!
Drivers don’t move
I’ve had multiple times where the driver is not moving anywhere, I’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes just for them to cancel it’s so annoying.

The pick up spots are never accurate and the same goes for the drop off spots. It always says finding a safe spot for the driver BUT WHAT ABOUT THE PASSANGERS?! I’ve been put into dangerous situations multiple times when I’ve used this app. It’s tried to make me wait in the middle of the highway multiple times and it even wanted me to cross one and I guess jump off the bridge to get to the other side from where it wanted me to go???It’s just dangerous and not worth it. Please use Uber instead.

horrible, gps always giving the shortest ride
i’ve been using gozone since 2023-present day and i have been disappointed in the effectiveness of gozone it seems rather more useless than trains as well, as the drivers half the time don’t even know what map they’re looking at or dropping off at incorrect addresses, seeing gozones affordability made it seem promising until denton transportation did its thing and ruined it. Denton and its entire city operation is a big joke when you have people complaining about public transportation being public

Never accurate
The timing which shows the estimated time for the ride to arrive is never accurate, it is now 6 minutes but after seconds it is 9 minutes! It is 15 minutes but after a seconds it is 5 minutes!!!!

DCTA canceled buses in Lewisville to do this privatized “on demand” rider program. The app shadowbans users from low income areas. “Guaranteed ride home program” has left me stranded at midnight at Trinity Mills Station about FOUR times. I only see this message: “We’re sorry - we’re experiencing unusually high demand and all seats are currently filled.”. As a user, you’ll memorize that message and curse the people at DCTA that decided to cancel buses in exchange for this completely unreliable service. I guess on a positive note, this app will forcefully inspire you to go to learn how your local transit system works and when the board of directors meetings are so you can go give your input as a citizen. These DCTA and the company Via are in it to reduce service to civilians. I never got stranded late at night using the old buses because they had a reliable schedule I could count on. Please go complain at local DCTA meetings as a citizen too if this app has left you high and dry in isolated dark areas. I’ve had to use some of my last money before my next paycheck on last minute Ubers because of this unreliable app. They lie and say they’re busy, then when you ask the drivers, they say “it’s been super slow today because no one knows about this service at trinity mills station..”. But when you call on the phone to book a ride, they say there’s “high demand”. Math ain’t mathing. They reduce service on purpose to save money, especially near apartment complexes.
