Terrible support

Know issue with application. First was told by support it was my device only having issue. Then went home and used wife’s device and had same result. Been over a month and still no progress and most likely no plans to. Looking at other review seems to be the case. If they are not going to support application for certain devices they should at the very least notify the client so they can have a contingency plan.

Asks for security setting. Freezes up at that point.

Every time I open the app it shuts right down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does it.
