New app is terrible
After 4 years with dealmachine im considering switching to another app like propstream, which is so disappointing bc this app was always the elite option for real estate data. But this new app/update is the worst decision this company has ever made. PLEASE GO BACK.
Unsafe and Dangerous
Today someone messaged me then showed up at my door, they explained they used this app to come to peoples houses and give, “free quotes”. When I asked how they got my number and address, they explained this apps allows you to have peoples names, phone numbers, and address. When he came to my door I asked what company he was part of and he said don’t worry about.
The fact that this app allows you access someone’s address and private phone number is horrifying.

Shoulda never updated the app
Idk why this stupid app is so confusing now - classic login vs whatever the other login is… on classic login I have access to how the app used to be and I paid for a year… now I can’t seem work classic login within the app only on desktop. Beyond annoying and there is no customer service number pissing me off. I’ve never left a review but this mess deserves 1 star

Absolute negative or scam
Instead of a 7-day free trial, I am expected to enter my credit card details and agree to an immediate charge of $895. Scam! Are the other reviews here bought? I wrote a message to customer service. The AI response is not helpful. Sorry, but that's not human.

The machine is a great tool that allows you to access information relevant to making the best real estate decisions in your life.
Not worth the price
The app is very slow. The quality of the services that they want to provide is subpar. I’m not bashing it. I think it has potential but right now. It doesn’t even provide $5 worth of value.
Too Many Continued Issues
Mobile app keeps getting updated and having issues to resolve due to the udates. I miss the old version which was much more user friendly. Every couple of weeks my mobile app kicks me out and I have to request a password reset which requires me to get one from their support team cuz the password reset doesn’t come to my email. Too many little issues that make me not like this app.

Free trial is not free
7 days free I got charged 179$ plus 80$ what part of free did they not understand? I’ve had 4 agents from this company explain to me if you click on certain buttons during the trial you will be charged. ITS NOT FREE DO NOT DOWN LOAD THIS LEGALLY THEY CAN SND WILL CHARGE!!!! T

Unusable
I downloaded the app, logged in using Google account and it tells me, “Error: This email already has an account.” And I’m like, yeah, it’s my account. I’ve never made an account, but if you’re logging in with your Google account, it doesn’t matter. So I go to forgot password and put in the email and it tells me, “Error: This email address does not have an account” 🤦♂️ I’ll change my 1-star if this gets fixed, but the “Talk to a human” button on their app is non-functional.

App is trash if you’re looking to actually use it for contacting leads. No matter how strict i set my filters, i CONSISTENTLY get wrong and outdated numbers. I’ve found LOADS of great properties that i was interested in and had no way to contact the owner except their mailing address and email. TRASH APP !! DO NOT BUY IF LOOKING TO SKIP-TRACE AND/OR CONTACT LEADS !!

Great app for iPhone, needs dialer capability.
However, the web experience on an iPad is horrible. I use an iPad in my car, my office, everywhere I go. I’ve tried the website with chrome and safari. It doesn’t fit the screen, scrolling is a challenge. It would be nice to have an iPad app that supported drive for leads. It would be nice if the iOS app and any future iPad app would support the dialer.

Keeps signing me out! otherwise goood
I will randomly get signed out of the app and have to sign back in. I’ve almost gotten used to it, but it’s such a hassle and in a rush need to have it properly quick… But otherwise very software love the company and the founder!

Absolutely amazing application for investors wholesalers anybody in real estate in all stages of their career weather you’re just getting started like myself or if you already have an up and running business, and wanna take it to the next level. Of course I’m not there yet, but I can’t help to think about the possibilities once I do get there that this app or this tool well allow me to do I could write 10 pages about all the different functions in applications that DealMachine has available, but just on the surface it allows you to To find thousands of leads efficiently, organize them them gives you all the information on the spot about each Property their owner Records Skiptracing cops then gives you the option to do all the marketing in terms of mailers Cold calling. If you’re like me and getting started, I need to drive for dollars you can literally do it from your couch virtually, You can plan out routes so that way you can focus more on the properties as opposed to your route you could do it free I mean, I can go on and on about how awesome this app is if you were able to give 10 stars I would give 11
