Could not advance
Like others have stated, I could not collect shield #5 in the tower. It assembled fine from the broken pieces, but would not progress further. An email to Help Desk resulted in zero help. The response was that there was no walkthrough to help me, and no refund was offered. Whatever.
Unhinged
The game is all over the place, the story line is not the best. Poor response to the touch screen on lots of ho’s things not hidden in the usual sense just dark patches and lack of response. Shame because with a bit of work could be a five star game. When we are being charged £7.00 a game, you would think these problems would be sorted

Paying twice
I bought this game a few years ago and have played it several times. Now, in order to play it again, I have to purchase it…again. What’s going on? I thought it was just a glitch with one game. No, four Big Fish games are saying I have not purchased. Sooo disappointing! I like going back to older games and replaying, but I’m not paying for them twice.

It’s fun to play but the puzzles have no directions to understand what needs to be done.
