Could not advance
Like others have stated, I could not collect shield #5 in the tower. It assembled fine from the broken pieces, but would not progress further. An email to Help Desk resulted in zero help. The response was that there was no walkthrough to help me, and no refund was offered. Whatever.
Unhinged
The game is all over the place, the story line is not the best. Poor response to the touch screen on lots of ho’s things not hidden in the usual sense just dark patches and lack of response. Shame because with a bit of work could be a five star game. When we are being charged £7.00 a game, you would think these problems would be sorted

Paying twice
I bought this game a few years ago and have played it several times. Now, in order to play it again, I have to purchase it…again. What’s going on? I thought it was just a glitch with one game. No, four Big Fish games are saying I have not purchased. Sooo disappointing! I like going back to older games and replaying, but I’m not paying for them twice.

error in the game for iPad
I can not get a shield behind Viktor by tapping on it. Because of this, it is impossible to play further.

Great start
Games fun but, you have to hit somethings multiple times for game to acknowledge it was hit. Games fun as heck when not being hung up. Will buy when game issues delt with. Big fish games are my favorite. Always have been always will (most likely....lol)

Cannot get the rose by the statue
the rose cannot be removed with the tool. I was able to get all the other roses, just not this one. Very disappointing. :-(. Do you have a fix for this issue!
Not worth the money
I paid €7.99 for the game after taking advantage of the free trial and wish now that I hadn’t bothered. There are no instructions for the mini games, and so I had to skip several as it wasn’t at all clear what you had to do. Then, when I finished the game it told me that I’d only played for just over 6 hours. Waste of money.

Not worth it
The game is pretty archaic, had to press the same area several times before I could interact, mini games are either really basic or really hard, reset my progress near the end of the game so had to start again. Wouldn’t buy if i knew what I now know
