Great and fun way to tackle debt
This is one of the most creative personal finance apps I’ve used. Most debt payoff apps feel like spreadsheets with extra steps, but DebtSlayer somehow makes the process engaging and motivating. Turning debt into monsters that you have to defeat sounds simple.
The app makes it easy to see where your money is going, build a payoff plan, and stay motivated over time. I especially like the RPG style progression and visual rewards. Instead of feeling discouraged every time I check my debt, I actually feel like I’m making progress toward a goal.

Nice Idea
Personally I think it's a good idea. But being someone who is trying to get out of debt. Would be nice for a free option whether it's just attacking the monster when we start making payments or whatever. I don't like that to use this app to get debt free that I have to pay money that I'm trying to use for my debt towards another source. I understand the value you put into the app and I think that's great so I'm not completely shooting it down but still it had me pumped when I saw the ad and just considered it as like a "countdown clock" that you visit when you make a payment. Hit the monster and be gone. But when I saw you can't move forward without paying it just made me feel disappointed. Financial debt is already depressing enough and sometimes we have to give up payments to save as much money as possible as it is. You should have an option for just a simply plug in your debt and hit the monster and move on. I listen to Dave Ramsey so I have the advice aspect taken care of. At least EasyDollar and RocketMoney gives you an option to pay for additional things or allows you to do things for free. So, maybe see about jumping on that bandwagon because I'd love to use the app. But like I said I understand the value and work put into it. I think it's a smart and great idea and I hope it's successful but I need to be cheap for now because that's just how my financial situation is.
