Disaster of an app
Spent an hour scanning all my old DVDs to find the 40 they’d take (for $6). Packed them, set everything up, and then found absolutely no way to download the shipping label. Went to the help section, but it’s just a bunch of poorly written, FAQs with no answer and no way to contact them. The app is a disaster. Total waste of time. I was gonna sell my old iPhones to them as well, but will look for another service, and the DVDs are going to Goodwill. Decluttr is impossible to use and a joke.

It has a lot of issues. I used to be able to scan items and almost all came up. Now nothing does.
Shipping label issues
Disgusting zen desk service. After maybe 20 different messages still unable to generate a shipping label . Just kept telling me try new browser have you got latest app etc etc !! Apparently they cannot just email you a shipping label. What sort of company relies on customer shipping items to them but cannot help with shipment issues.

Horrible!!
Do not use this app to sell your expensive electronics. They will give you nothing for something that is worth hundreds for.
App is useless (aside from the service)
There is no point of using this app, it is basically a disguised webpage without any of the navigation a webpage provides, e.g. there is no back button. You have to sign in every time, no Face ID or anything, even if you are signed in, you have to resign for every step.

I wasn’t able to find any offers that were good at all, almost 20 different books and on top of that when I tried to delete my account it wouldn’t allow it. I’ve tried multiple times in my laptop and on my phone through the app.
Used to be good
We used to make a few dollars from buying bulk storage units and the like, but this last batch they promised us about $60 and only paid .10. Adding my review so if any class action lawyer picks this up, we are game. Switching to SellBackYourBook now.

WHAT HAPPENED?!
This used to be a wonderful app for occasionally making a little dough selling some old cd’s, movies, and games. I’ve used it several times over the past 5 years maybe, including just a few weeks ago, and it was always great. Now, all the sudden tonight, I am trying to put together a batch of cd’s to send in, and almost none of them are scanning. I’ve got about 25 cd’s I’ve tried to scan tonight, and only few have scanned at all. 2 of them so far, are worth a little bit, most I have tried to scan repeatedly, and nothing is happening. I am very disappointed, after having such success with this app in the past. ☹️ I hope it will be fixed soon.

Dishonest Practices Awful Help
I decided to try to sell Cds on this spo and sent three largd packages in may 2024 snd June 2024 . It is now July 13 2024 and i have not been paid. They use the same excuse as mentioned in the other review that the package was missing items but i know this is untrue. They have completely ignored my requests for tech help. Im disgusted.

BROKEN APP
Scanner does not work and app is now in euros

Declutt can you guys fix the scan, the previous version was perfect. And please do something about your worker Gonzalez every time that he recieved my order my qoute drops drastically.
No Longer Functional
This app and service no longer seem to work after their most recent update. First, the scanner will no longer scan barcodes. Second, when you manually enter the barcode it tells you to enter a “valid 13 digit barcode”. Can’t really do that when all the barcodes are 12 digits. And third, you’re never able to stay logged in. I’m constantly being logged out of my account. I think I’m done with this service unless changes are made. Which is a shame, because they made it easy for me to literally declutter my home of media that I was no longer going to use.

Garbage App!
The barcode scanner does NOT work!
Version 70.0.331
I haven’t had any issues with previous versions but this new one is unusable. It doesn’t scan barcodes and when you manually input them, the app wants a 13 number barcode. CD’s only have 12 numbers! New version is totally useless.
New update is no good
The camera doesn’t scan anything at all anymore. No error message or anything.
Hesitant to listen to bad reviews but they are accurate
They give you an estimate for all your product then provide a fraudulent reason for declining most of what you send and decline to return the rest stating they recycle immediately. I agree with other reviews, this is not a reputable business.
