Needs improvement
Good app. Shows mostly everything needed but it needs to update a little quicker with when things go through! And actually show how much I have in my account. I just had an overdraft fee once again because they wait to show how much I have in my account and I think I’m good when I’m not! DECU needs to speed it up a little bit.

My phone did update and deleted my app and now I can’t even access it in App Store please I used this all the time to keep track of my accounts!!!!

Nothing ever works on this app always having trouble with login and passwords
Might as well use website instead
This is just a poor wrapper around the website. No useful functionality in the app itself - no Face ID, mobile check deposit, etc. clicking the Accounts tab just loads the website over the app and then you lose app navigation unless you log off the site.

Great app to access information about my account quickly. Used it many times when looking to borrow money to figure out loan payments.

Outdated like the bank
You'd think that someone who made this app would have opened it in the past 2 years and decided hey let's update it for any iPhone screen resolution since the 3G. It's basically the same as what would be a mobile website if they had one of those...

This app needs a well needed update! To inter grate IOS7 and make it optimize for iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, and iPod 5 users to fit the larger screen!

Would be a good app if it didn't crash every time I searched for an ATM.
Deleted it
Was happy to see decu had an app. But deleted as its not very useful. Please make it more useful to your customers that want to do more than see what services you provide.

Good app for members and non members. Would be better if the DECU@Home app was integrated into the app and not just opening the website. But overall good app
