Cannot open upcoming trips
For a couple of months now, when accessing Trips, I am able to see the list and access the first one the list. However, as soon as I scroll, a white faded line comes up in the middle of the screen and then nothing works. I cannot see any other trips details except the first.

Lately the app on my iPhone crashed continuously. To book a flight back home I had to use my laptop. It’s very annoying.
Major bug for last YEAR
This app has had a bug for over a year now. Doesn’t work with Authenticator. Sends you into a login loop.
Sold out hotels listed??
Please include a filter to remove hotels that are not available. I don’t understand why you list them at all.

Very basic travel app
Compared to other travel apps directly from airlines and even aggregator sites, this app has very basic functionality. Most times I ended up cancelling the ticket and just re-booking as it can’t seem to handle changing cities, changing to multiple legs from direct, etc. Think this was built by a corporate travel agency trying to retain their relevancy. As I write this, the app has been spinning for several minutes repeatedly telling me “booking your flight”… sigh..

Garbage
The app doesn’t update for new hotels quickly, when I put in a location I have to use filters to get what I want, it’s easier to go to the hotel website and book through them. Also, rates on the hotel app are sometimes cheaper. If I didn’t have to use this app for work, I wouldn’t touch it with a 10 foot pole.

Easier to Book Directly
I have my preferences for hotels set and every time I have to find a hotel I have to filter out the rest. The fee for using Etta also doesn’t show on the receipt, so I have to submit that as a separate item. It’s easier to use the Delta or Bonvoy app independently.
Best Travel App
This app is extremely easy to use. It is fast, intuitive and provides me the necessary information I need during each phase of the booking. I really appreciate knowing the Covid stats for the area I will be visiting too as well as other stats such as the safety ratings. As a female traveling alone, I like to understand my surroundings at all times!

Best travel companion
I love all the resources/tools within the app making it so easy to get everything in one place. Not to mention the notifications when anything changes from the initial booking due to changes from the suppliers schedules. This is by far the best travel companion hands down😊
A Breeze to Use
This app makes booking travel for business so much easier than any other booking tools or apps I’ve used for business travel over the years.
Works good but spam
There NEEDS to be an option to default to the “book” menu, instead of the spam menu. You call it “explore”, but it’s spam in reality.

Crashes every time.
Works like a breeze up until checkout and then “something went wrong” flashes. Tried deleting and reinstalling, calling support, nothing. Won’t work.

Great travel app
Fabulous user experience. This may be the best UX in the travel space. Definitely on par with many of the apps I use like Instagram. Super clean, intuitive and fast. Looking forward to more enhancements.
A must-have app
This is now the most useful and beautiful app I have. Simple to use but has all the information I need. And the outstanding design makes it feel great to use.

Finally, a corporate travel app that’s easy to use - it stores all my travel info, makes booking a breeze and notifies me when anything goes wrong. I can’t live without this app.
