Can’t even log in
I’ve ordered through their website in the past. However I can’t even log in with this app. When I click the field to enter a phone number it fails to bring up a keypad. If I try and log in with my email I can but then requests a verification code. While I did get a text I can’t enter it as again it fails to bring g up a keypad to enter it.
What a rubbish app! Such basic functionality should be tested by any semi-competent engy

The points system is a joke. It’s never working and basically a lie.
Glitchy app
I frequent deep purpl 3/4 a week and once on weekend. Would like to use reward system but app doesn’t work at all. Very unfortunate! Reached out and no response. Not good at all!
