About

Deep Simplicity Core is an equity-research assistant built for investors who want clearer thinking, better questions, and a disciplined view of risk. The language model runs on your iPhone. Your imported documents, photos, conversations, and document analysis are processed on the device and are not sent to an external AI service. For current or reference information, you can optionally enable Research Tools. When enabled, the app may send search terms, company names, or tickers to public sources such as SEC EDGAR, Wikipedia, DuckDuckGo Instant Answer, and a delayed share-price service. These tools can be switched off at any time. With Research Tools off, the app uses only its local model, on-device materials, and built-in investing corpus. Research capabilities • Ask questions about public companies • Import 10-K filings from SEC EDGAR • Scan documents or add PDFs and photos • Analyze filings with structured Study Actions • Review reported financials, risks, and company background • Check delayed share-price ranges • Keep a private library of imported research • Continue follow-up questions with conversational context Built for downside awareness The app applies original paraphrases of investing principles associated with Benjamin Graham, Warren Buffett, and Charlie Munger. It emphasizes uncertainty, permanent capital impairment, and the difference between price volatility and deterioration in a business. Deep Simplicity Core does not provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. It does not tell you to buy, sell, or hold a security, and it does not predict market direction or timing. Market data may be delayed, unofficial, or unavailable. Verify important information independently and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
