Mobile deposit checks are not viewable after they are deposited. Also wish they showed up in activity instantly. Camera doesn’t automatically take pic of check. Also wish we could pick a default account to deposit to so I don’t need to select an account with each deposit.
Cleared checks are hit and miss when a pic of the check can be viewed.
When replying to a secure message wish my response would be viewable.

Deerwood has a fantastic app that is exactly what I’m looking for! I love it!
Easy
Not difficult to navigate, transfer funds and check balances. As far as I have experienced, it gets a 5 out of 5.

Deerwood Bank is an amazing establishment! Every employee I have interacted with has given me great service and has been very respectful. Online banking is so simple, however, I chose to go to a branch for immediate deposits and to interact with the team members!

Frustrating
I love deer wood but their app irritates me to no end. It feels like every time I actually need it, it won’t work. i’ll try to login and it says bad request every time so i have to fully delete the app and re download it again. i’ve done this probably 20 times which is why i’ll be switching to bremer.

Bad Request message
I have to try 10 times before I get it. It keeps telling me “bad request”.
Slow load
This new app take to long to load. Sometime it times out. Not happy when I am in a rush.

App opening is an issue
Very slow to load and open. I have to manually close it every time I use it - very inconvenient when I’m trying to check my balance while shopping. Also, not a fan of the new UI. Sometimes it is hard to get back to the account balances view, even after selecting that from the left nav.
Have to “re-add” everytime
For some reason, I have to delete and re-add this app every time I want to access it.

I hate this ! It never works when I need it! I barley ever lets me log on without me having to turn off my WiFi and even then it will say bad request. It sits and loads forever sometimes I need to transfer money and I can’t the dang thing won’t let me log in,this app has been out for a while now why is there still so many issues!

Trouble Loading and Logging in
I’m having trouble with the app loading, remembering that I have enabled Touch ID, and then not recognizing my username and password, even though it will work if I sign in on a computer.

LOVE the direct deposit feature and the recent updates. I would, however, like to see my balance after each transaction when looking viewing an account. I can’t see a running total....

Great Look, Feel and Functionality
This definitely is an upgrade! Glad to have full functionality with Bill Pay and Pass the Buck right from the app at my fingertips. Looks fresh and is easy to use.

Appreciate the cool new features. Nice to see that transfers process seamlessly. Still need to take some time to look at the cash manager tool... but so far so good.
