Sucks sucks sucks

This app really suck. I’m not sure what user improvements are you talking about, there is no way to validate the Login preferences and a whole lot of issues, please fix it Mr developer.

Is starting to not work anymore

For the past three days I have not been able to use my card because I have it locked and the sign in screen just loads and loads, not allowing me access. It’s honestly not surprising that the app is deteriorating as it hasn’t been updated in 4 years, but the reason I’ve been using it is because it’s the only app that supports this card. Please fix this.

This app sucks

I’ve tried to access my account multiple times, each time I got an indefinite loading screen. Deleted the app, reinstalled it to see if that fixes the issue. Instead now, I have to play this whole new game of re-registering my damn card!!

Things are not working

This app needs update asap, the last update was 4 years ago, please review the app. Validating selections do not work.

Always down, sometimes up, limited functions

I can check my account balance and lock my card. That’s about it. Of course, I actually have to be able to log in to do so, which I currently can’t do because “our system is down.” Like yesterday. And the day before. If only People’s Exchange Bank of Monroe County, Al, would make the change to a different company, I’d be happy. But I don’t get to make that decision.

What kind of alerts does Brella provide?

Brella provides alerts for purchases exceeding dollar amounts you set, card-not-present purchases, and suspicious or high-risk transactions. You can receive these alerts via text or email.

How can I control my debit card usage with Brella?
