Terrible customer support
I truly do not know how these people have such high reviews. I have not been able to get any help from anyone regarding my system for over 3 hours. I can’t imagine if a real security issue was happening how incompetent the service would be then. Sell your stock and find someone else, someone better to protect you.

Still garbage
When are you people going to release an update that doesn’t cause the app to crash every other time it is opened? Never I guess. How this app has over 4 stars for the reviews is beyond me. Even your so called customer service has no clue how to resolve issues with the app. Crashing every time it’s opened now.

The camera system is good for the first year or two latest after. The camera than gets blurry and the it take 3-5 time of opening the app before it stops crashing
Time is always off
Camera works, but cannot get the time and date to be correct. No way to set it in the app…. Also notifications don’t work
Crashes and Playback Issues
I’ve had the 16 camera system for almost 10 years now and on my 3rd iPhone during that time. The iPhones are used to check on my house when away. Unfortunately, the app often glitches (freezes & crashes) out when trying to use it. So when trying to review the motion activated videos it becomes quite the challenge.

Broken app and system needs an entire tech department to use properly
I bought these cameras a few years ago from Costco. And thank God, I have not needed to use the footage until yesterday. First of all on my phone I can record record the incident, but the app is broken and will not let me share the footage I recorded. And once it’s recorded, and you go to play it back, you cannot zoom in or it pauses the entire video.
So I went to the hard drive on my TV and tried to figure out how to save the specific date so it doesn’t get recorded over. Absolutely impossible to figure out without a tech department. I still cannot figure it out. These are supposed to be 4K cameras. And the video footage I have is so grainy you can barely tell if it’s a woman or a man. I cannot tell the make or model of vehicle let alone the license plate. So how do these cameras help me now that I actually need the footage. Better to go to Best Buy and buy some more user friendly.

Idk why the app has to time you out and say you are only “allowed” to view YOUR CAMERAS live on your device for 5 minutes so I cannot view on my devices I have only just to display my cameras at and away from home. It will not let you continuously view them. Why???

The worst app and camera system to purchase. I advise everyone not to waste their money. I bought 3 systems to replace at my 3 business. None of them is doing the job !

I have just purchased my 2nd set of cameras for our new house. My first one was 8 cameras. This one is 16 cameras.
I install cameras for business and home I used a different brand . I have now switched to Deffender cameras. They have better picture quality especially when you zoom in to capture a face or license plate . They are easy to use and the recording play back is clean as the live video .
The customer service is outstanding. You actually speak to a person that understands the system they sell . This by far the best for the money. You’ll love the app for your phone you’ll instantly pictures and video of what’s going on at home. This system gives you peace of mind when your not home.

Slow
The camera App is getting slow, the app was running very smote before and now it takes forever to load all cameras and if you watching playback good luck it will hardly work. Hope they come up with an upgrade for this app and make it smooth is before..Thanks!!!

Only one camera can be used for voice or sound. Can’t not be live watching on computer. On tablet this software keeps freezing on live watching.
