User reviews

Not functional yet

This app has a beautiful and user-friendly design that I really appreciate, but it falls short in functionality. For instance, there's no way to customize the tracking of salt intake or water consumption; you're limited to increments of one or two grams for salt and specific amounts like 8, 16, or 20 ounces for water. This can be quite inadequate, as people's hydration needs and dietary preferences vary widely.

Additionally, the CHOP program, which includes the weight-building portion, lacks accessibility and doesn't align with the original CHOP protocol's intent. Instead of focusing on bodyweight exercises, it requires access to a full gym setup, which may not be feasible for everyone.

Moreover, the app has limitations when it comes to tracking health metrics. There's no option to tag when your heart rate is elevated, and if you report feeling unwell—like dizzy—there's no way to update that feeling until a full 24 hours have passed. The evening wind-down feature also has its drawbacks; if you miss an alert on your phone, there's no way to revisit it later. Overall, while the app has potential, it needs significant improvements to enhance its usability and effectiveness.
