Moreover, the app has limitations when it comes to tracking health metrics. There's no option to tag when your heart rate is elevated, and if you report feeling unwell—like dizzy—there's no way to update that feeling until a full 24 hours have passed. The evening wind-down feature also has its drawbacks; if you miss an alert on your phone, there's no way to revisit it later. Overall, while the app has potential, it needs significant improvements to enhance its usability and effectiveness.
