App has potential
So downloaded the app and believe there is a lot of promise. Wish there was an option that utilizes the Apple Watch as a start stop timer app and capture the temperature from the depth finder that is already on Apple Watch. Right now I have to start it from my phone and manually have to input the temp. I think this has a lot of potential.

Great app for cold plunge progress
I really love this app as a way to track my sessions with friends and share my streaks on Strava. Really great that it syncs with Strava and Apple Health with fun share cards. I love the streak tracking as well.
