TrackCold is a cold plunge, ice bath and sauna tracker for people who take their practice seriously. Time every round of cold and heat, see your heart rate on Apple Watch while you're in the water, and keep a journal of every session. Rituals and Norse quests help turn the occasional plunge into a habit you keep. FEATURES • MULTI-ROUND CONTRAST. Alternate cold and recovery phases automatically. Set the rounds, the durations, the rest temperature, and whether you start cold or warm. • HEAT ONLY OR COLD ONLY (FREE). Build a sauna, steam or hot tub ritual with no plunge, or a plunge with no heat. Every session, cold or heat, keeps your streak. • TODAY AND JOURNAL (FREE). Your week, your days in a row and your rituals on one screen, and every session by day, month and year. • APPLE WATCH (FREE). The full timer on your wrist: rituals, phase haptics, Water Lock, and an Always-On display that stays lit when you lower your wrist. • HEART RATE ON APPLE WATCH (FREE). See the heart rate Apple Watch records while you're in the water, and compare your average cold-phase and warm-phase figures in the session summary. • EDIT AND LOG SESSIONS (FREE). Fix a past session's round durations, types and temperatures, switch a step between cold and warm, or log a session you forgot to record. • WEEKLY TARGETS (FREE). A cold ring and a heat ring for the week. • INSIGHTS (ASGARD). Takeaways from your own history, plus charts of what your sessions and Apple Health already record (heart rate, HRV, water temperature, session length and active energy) over weeks and months. • APPLE HEALTH (FREE). Sessions are saved to Health as Mind & Body workouts, so your cold work counts toward your Activity rings. • RITUALS. Save the setups you use most as named rituals: Frostbite (a 3-minute plunge), Ginnungagap (4 rounds of contrast), or your own. • NORSE QUESTS. 12 multi-day challenges, from Awakening (7 days) to Yggdrasil's Path (a full year), including Muspelheim, a quest for the heat. Earn rune marks along the way. • PRIVATE BY DEFAULT. Your notes, temperatures and history stay in your own iCloud, and we never see them. No ads, no IDFA, no cross-app tracking. WHO IT'S FOR Cold plungers, contrast-therapy and sauna regulars, Wim Hof students, and anyone who wants to stick with a cold practice. FREE (MIDGARD) 3 rounds per workout. 5 saved rituals. Full timer, stopwatch and journal. Heat-only and cold-only rituals. Editing and logging sessions. Weekly cold and heat targets. The complete Apple Watch timer. Heart rate on Apple Watch during a session. Apple Health workout logging. The Awakening quest. PREMIUM (ASGARD) Up to 20 rounds per workout. Unlimited rituals. All 12 quests. Insights and long-term charts. Duration progression. CSV export. Monthly, yearly or lifetime. TrackCold is made by one person. Every email gets a reply, and if something breaks, it gets fixed. IMPORTANT: NOT MEDICAL ADVICE TrackCold is a general wellness and activity-logging app. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it gives no medical or treatment advice. The figures it shows are activity records and data you have already recorded in Apple Health. They are not clinical measurements and must not be used to make a medical decision. Always check with your doctor or another qualified health professional in addition to using this app, and before making any medical decision or starting cold-water exposure. Cold immersion raises blood pressure and puts extra load on the heart: talk to a doctor first if you have a heart condition or uncontrolled blood pressure, are pregnant, or take medication that affects circulation. Never plunge alone, and never hyperventilate before getting in the water. Privacy: https://trackcold.com/privacy Terms of Use: https://trackcold.com/terms Contact: https://trackcold.com/contact

Log your cold plunge and sauna sessions. Build streaks. Sync to Strava and Apple Health. Degree Daddy is a cold plunge and sauna tracker for people who take their recovery seriously but don't need a lifestyle brand to do it. Timer, logging, streaks, sync. Works on iPhone, iPad, iPhone Duo, and Apple Watch, in light or dark mode. APPLE WATCH — NEW Start a session from your wrist and leave your phone in the locker. A big timer, live heart rate, and a tap on the wrist at each milestone. Set the temperature with the Digital Crown when you finish, and the session lands in your iPhone history and Apple Health. TIMER One tap to start. A big, readable timer counts your session while encouragement messages keep you in. Switch between cold plunge and sauna mode. Stop early by mistake? Tap Continue and the timer picks up where it stopped. Lock your phone and the timer keeps counting on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. SAFETY CHECK ALARM An optional alarm for each session type that goes off when your chosen time has passed — 5 minutes for cold plunge and 25 for sauna by default. It does not contact emergency services. LOGGING Save temperature, sauna type (dry, steam, or infrared), a 1–5 star rating, and your location after each session. Tag it Home, a nearby venue — gyms, spas, pools — or your city. Everything stays on your device and syncs across your iCloud devices automatically. STREAKS Consecutive day tracking so you can see if you're actually being consistent. Current streak and all-time best, right on the home screen. Miss a few days? If your last session was within 5 days, the app offers to continue your streak, so travel and rest days don't reset your progress. STRAVA SYNC Strava has no cold plunge or sauna activity type. Degree Daddy fills the gap: push any session to Strava as an activity — "Cold Plunge - 2:45 at 42°F" — with your sauna type, location, and streak in the description. Attach your session card as a photo so your followers know what you're about. APPLE HEALTH Every session writes to Apple Health as a workout, with heart rate when you use Apple Watch. Whoop, Oura, Garmin, and anything else that reads HealthKit will pick it up automatically. SESSION CARDS A clean, branded card with your duration, temperature, streak, and location. Share it or save it. PRIVACY No account required. No ads. Your data lives on your device and syncs through iCloud. Anonymous usage analytics via TelemetryDeck and crash diagnostics via Sentry. WHAT'S INCLUDED - Apple Watch app with live heart rate - Cold plunge timer (30–60°F) - Sauna timer (100–220°F) with dry, steam, and infrared types - Lock Screen and Dynamic Island timer - Safety Check Alarm for cold plunge and sauna - Temperature slider with color feedback - 1–5 star session rating - Automatic GPS location with nearby venue picker - Streak tracking with recovery (within 5 days) - Light, Dark, and Auto appearance - Strava sync - Apple Health sync - Shareable session cards - Celsius/Fahrenheit toggle - iCloud sync across devices - VoiceOver accessible Apple rates Apple Watch Ultra for saunas up to 55°C (130°F); other models aren't rated for sauna heat.
