Great app and thermostat
I’ve used the thermostat for over a year as well as the app and I’ve never had any issues. What happened to the thermostat? It’s no longer available I seen

Robot works like a dream
Robots are good and reliable! Customer service are always friendly and fast response! My pools are clean. Better robots than most others I have had. Not disappointing at all. Highly recommend.
Completely unreliable
Winter just started in my country, temperatures outside go to 1°C. When I’m away from home, I turn on the AC from my phone so that it’s warm when I get back. The AC runs cold air despite being set to heat mode. Sometimes it won’t turn off at all and I have to manually shut down power to stop it. I’m at my wits end with Degrii. Very lamentable service. Extremely dissatisfied

Stop cleaning at 70%
For weeks now my cleaner has been completing its clean and stopping ~70% charge. Very frustrating.
